Since this firm was acquired by Archer & Lewis, both the quality of service and transparency around the billing process have declined significantly. We paid a premium onboarding fee with the understanding that costs would decrease the following year, yet this year’s bill came in even higher than the last. The lack of clear communication throughout has been deeply frustrating, and our confidence in the Archer & Lewis / W&N partnership has eroded as a result.
We’ve attempted to reach out but all their phones say they are after hours despite that not aligning with what their hours say online.
