Jon Wimemiller and Vitalia Bopp have been taking care of me since 2015 and have went above and beyond on my case i could not have picked a better team to represent me.
Called them 2 months ago. They never called back. Since then my private workers comp case diagnosis has changed from strain, to bursitis to labrum tear, cyst, minor hamstring tears and a hernia. I knew it was a torn labrum 5 months ago. I have had multiple "primary care" providers that don't listen and specifically have no idea how to fill out APF forms with a contingent return to work date. Sedgwick relies solely on those forms to issues payments for time out of work but does not help providers understand how to fill them out. I've done all the legwork, over 6 months to try to get everyone on the same page and get an MRI, which finally proved what I told my second primary doctor. I haven't been paid for most of the year as everyone else involved has. The road blocks keep coming. No one calls you back unless you need to provide information to cover your time off work. There's no way apparently, to get anyone in the health care(lol), private insurance, or workers comp law firms to listen to how messed up your life has gotten after trying to do everyone else's job. Slam dunk case but no call back after 2 months.
