I am very disappointed with this firm. It took several emails, texts and phone calls to even have someone contact me back. I finally was able to set up a consultation, and when Mr. Firkins called, the paralegal had given me the incorrect time so I was left feeling scattered and unprepared. I was told by the paralegal that Mr. Firkins would only call if he felt there was a case, but when I spoke with him, I felt like I was being talked down to and wasting his time. Not impressed.
