I was in a car accident with my wife and daughter, and we didn’t know what to do. This law firm made everything so much easier. I mostly talked to the paralegal, who was very helpful and made sure everything was done right. The attorney also replied really fast whenever we had questions, which was a big help. They were always there when we needed them and responded quickly. They also speak Korean, which is great for anyone who feels more comfortable with it. They were professional, quick, and really cared about us. If anything like this happens again, I would definitely come back. I highly recommend this firm to anyone in Washington—it’s a place you can trust!

I am very disappointed with this firm. It took several emails, texts and phone calls to even have someone contact me back. I finally was able to set up a consultation, and when Mr. Firkins called, the paralegal had given me the incorrect time so I was left feeling scattered and unprepared. I was told by the paralegal that Mr. Firkins would only call if he felt there was a case, but when I spoke with him, I felt like I was being talked down to and wasting his time. Not impressed.
