Tim is the BEST attorney I have ever dealt with. I hired him years ago to help me with bankruptcy and that helped turned my life around. Everything went smooth! He was very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing and is very great at it! As of today, I am in process of refinancing my home and ran into some hiccups. They questioned about my bankruptcy. I called Tim, and he was right on it and helped me resolved the issue. Now, the mortgage company underwriter approved what Tim wrote on a statement and is moving forward with closing. I have never been happier and glad Tim was there to help! I will be referring friends and family, because I know they will be very well taken care of in situations like this and more. Regarding the complaint about $300: Sound legal advice is an investment and a resource. If you want to go uber cheap you'll get what you pay for. You want Tim Dack on your team and better hope he's not on the other side.
