I call the office of Diego Gavilanes and his secretary was kind and professional. I scheduled an appointment via Zoom; Diego took time to make sure he was not missing any details about my case. Then, we agreed on a second meeting for further investigate the possibilities regarding my case. Diego called me the day of the appointment and told me that unfortunately, my case had not any positive pathway to move forward. He was so honest and clear, that even though those were bad news for me, I was okay because his professional and kind maner made me trust his knowledge regarding my case. Great lawyer. Really happy with all the service he provided to us. He came in on my case far in to it and he worked hard and spent alot of time on my case. I never had any communication problem at all. Always kept me updated on everything. Emails with copies of paperwork and phone calls to keep me updated. We went to trial and he fought and backed me up thru everything. Until the prosecutor gave up. Worth every penny and I would not use or recommend anyone else.

I'm blessed because of this man everything went thru smoothly and I was young and nieve with my unstable mental health issues and a baby on the way, not having my husband would of been devastating and it was crucial for him to be legalized in those days I was only 19 and had no clue what to do in my case.
