Found out I was being held and my mother dying from terminal pancreatic cancer. I lost 14 months with my mother. Also malicious prosecution. I was abused in jail because I refused to take a felony charge. Also prosecutor had different counts of charge on one victim to plea out to a lesser degree which violates the provisions of the prosecutors RCW. I want my case reopened
