I am so appreciative of Keith Singh. Keith did an amazing job with my modified parenting plan and was able to get me everything I asked for. He was so organized and efficient with the whole case. He was prompt and fluent every step of the way while making this while procedure happen in only a few months time. In February of 2025 my dad and I got into accident it was our first time we didn’t know what to do, a gentlemen that saw what had happened approached us and recommended we call Jackman law firm. Not knowing anything about how a auto injury case is handled we called the number a man named Gustavo answered then briefly explained the process he then said that Chris Jackman would call us to follow up if we had any questions. Surely he did, and on a Sunday! He then explained and answered all the questions we had and once we agreed for him to represent us he said a case manager would be in contact with us the following day. The next day I got a call from Sabrina, she mentioned she would be managing our case and told us what information they needed, she checked up on me and my dad to frequently to ask how our physical therapy was going. Helped us deal with the insurance with getting them to give my dad a rental car because the other parties insurance kept ignoring our calls our voice mails etc. She kept in touch letting us know how the case was going, and whenever me and my dad had questions we would call or text her and she would answer as soon as possible. And overall since the beginning of the case all the way to the end everyone was amazing, friendly, profesional, courteous and very very helpful.
Honest Review – From a Concerned Parent
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but as a mother I feel I need to warn others. I trusted this firm because of the good reviews, but I wish I had paid more attention to the bad ones.
The first attorney I spoke with didn’t seem to care about my concerns and was more focused on explaining the father’s rights than helping me. I called back and was reassured things would be taken seriously—but after emails and phone calls, nothing was actually done. They did, however, charge the retainer right away.
After more than $1,000 with no progress, I tried to cancel. Someone convinced me to try a different attorney. I agreed, and again—nothing was done. In total, I spent nearly $2,000 and the only thing I received was a copy of the same parenting plan I had already sent them—with one highlighted paragraph. That was the only “work” done.
I lost time, money, and trust. Over a month went by with no real action while I was trying to protect my child and get ahead of a bad situation.
Parents—please read the bad reviews too. Don’t be fooled by just the good ones. I felt ignored, disrespected, and taken advantage of.
As my partner and I were deep in wedding planning, drafting a marriage agreement felt daunting and easy to delay. We weren’t sure where to begin, and the whole idea felt overwhelming—until we connected with Rachel at Jackman Law Firm.
Rachel was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to walk us through the structure and key elements of the agreement.
