Client intake specialist, Celeste Hobgood was professional and patient in listening to my issue. Celeste gave succinct information about what next steps would be, the different service options, costs and even provided options for financing. Celeste gets all of the stars. I only deduct a star from the firm because I did not get the call until 18 minutes after my scheduled consultation appointment.
