I hired these guys mid-december to help with my divorce, which was already underway. 2.5 months later, my lawyer hasn't read the paperwork in my case, and I'm being charged with contempt for not providing information that I gave my lawyer 6 weeks ago. I've asked them for relevant paperwork three times and been ignored so completely that I went ahead and paid for the paperwork by myself. Communication is virtually non-existent, and yet these guys have burned through $6500 in fees to 1) fail to file relevant paperwork, 2) fail to provide me relevant paperwork and deadlines, 3) block a few discovery questions that I had no problem answering as they were, and 4) talk to me in a sleazy voice that belongs on a radio commercial while bad-mouthing my ex. Maybe I should cut him some slack. After all, he's been on vacation 20% of the 10 weeks he's supposedly been working for me.

So far I have had a very positive experience with Jackman. Celeste was very professional and explained everything to me in detail. Family issues and custody are never easy to deal with, especially when one is the sole provider for a family of five and works over 80 hours a week. She talked to me on a personal level and it was very much appreciated. Thank you Celeste.

So far I have had a great experience with the Jackman Law Firm. I haven’t hired them quite yet but they have been openly communicative with me and have followed up regularly.
