Told me that automobile cases take time to settle, and I put my trust, also the best advice for My automobile case, especially when there are personal injuries. Keeping me up to date on the latest developments between the two insurance companies that were involved, Personally, I believed that All the advice, which really panned out, with my injuries, slowly presenting themselves (a few months after the accident happened. I do not recommend Strong Law Firm to Oklahoma residents. My experience with them was disheartening and ultimately devastating. While they initially warned me the process would take time, they failed to provide the guidance, support, or genuine representation I desperately needed during one of the hardest periods of my life. Whenever I called seeking direction, I was often brushed off and told to “figure it out” on my own. No one from the firm ever checked in on my progress, advised me properly, or stepped in to prevent months of unnecessary physical therapy that ultimately hurt my case. Even after undergoing surgery, a major life event that should have been a significant factor in my claim, Strong Law Firm did not advocate for me. I met my actual attorney only once—and that meeting was to deliver bad news, essentially telling me there was “nothing they could do,” when in reality, the firm failed to treat me like a true client. I was treated as just another option, not a priority. Because of their mishandling, I lost my small business, my first major contract, and eventually my job. I even tried to find another attorney, but the damage done to my case by Strong Law left me with no options. When the settlement finally came, every party involved was paid their full share—except me. My settlement amount was diminished, and no one at the firm took accountability for their neglect. How does a firm collect $10,000 in fees on a case they barely managed while the client—the one who suffered the injuries and losses—gets treated as an afterthought? Oklahoma residents, please be warned: Strong Law Firm does not uphold the 5-star rating they promote. If you are looking for a firm that will truly stand by you, guide you, and fight for you, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.

The team at Strong Law did an excellent job of providing me with guidance regarding the litigation process and keeping me updated on what was going on.
