One never hopes to have a need for a lawyer in one’s lifetime. But life happens, and voila, the need arrives whether you like it or not. Our entire basement in our home got flooded out due to a local business digging in our neighborhood and severing the irrigation line. Because of this, our home insurance would not cover the damages.
