If I could give more than five stars, I would. Sears Law Office was so easy to work with. They over delivered on everything they said they I would probably get on an accident that was not my fault.

Rob and his team are great to work! With attention to detail and transparency steering them daily I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is in need of complimentary consultation from a professional staff. I have personally recommend friends and colleagues to his team and everyone has been very happy with the results and more importantly the care they received along the journey which can be rough when dealing serious injuries.
The communication here is absolutely horrible. I got into a car accident almost a year ago, and I chose this injury firm to represent me, and at times during the entire process I seriously began to reconsider my choices. At vital moments in my case, deadlines would come and go and I remember I would call every single day for a week or two straight, wondering what the update was, and everyday they said my lawyer was out sick or on vacation. After about two weeks of calling, turns out he was fired… they never really bothered explaining to me what was happening in my case, I had to call every time for an update, and I would tell the receptionist to leave my lawyer and message to get back to me because they would never pick up the phone, and they never got back to me. The negotiation could have gone better because my insurance ended up using up my PIP and double dipping into my payout from the other insurance company, the payout was decent so I won’t give 1 Star, but I probably only saw about a quarter of it in the end after lawyer fees and Progressive taking their gigantic portion. I would recommend others to get a different set of lawyers, they might actually pick up the phone and show you a little respect.
