In Jan 24’ I was rear ended in the snow on 90 in Spokane after the driver behind was moving too fast and didn’t stop in time resulting a totaling of my car and severe whip lash, resulting in a life long neck injury. The police officer who did not witness the accident, immediately gave fault to both of us, and assisted only the driver of the other vehicle (who was not injured) even though I had repeated that I was injured. I sat for a week at home unable to move my neck and absolutely devastated from the loss of my vehicle and my apparent injury. I was ignorant to how to handle that situation and gained the courage to seek counsel.

From the moment I contacted there Everett office to working closely with Jeff and Ryan, the experience flipped from a tragedy to remedy. They not only assured me that they would work diligently to get the facts correct, but they also ensured that I received the proper medical attention, counseled me how to navigate the insurance claim on my car, cared for my overall comfort through the entire process, and made sure to get the body cam video which upheld my side of the event.
