Check Wa State Bar Association, has 3 bar complaints filed against him, had my case 2 years, worked on it 40 hours total, yells at you, had to badger him to return phone calls or emails, no legal assistant, sloppy paperwork, still using paper filing system. Fired him and got a new atty. He is a bully!
We spoke together about a problem with many different facets, that frankly overwhelmed me. And Rodney was great at tackling the problem, and deciphering the issues to be addressed. And gave us an organized game plan to work forward towards completion.
Totally and highly recommend Rodney for all his efforts.
