I contacted Ritchie-Reierson after a car accident that totaled my car. They were very helpful and walked me through the process. They were available, always reminding me I could contact them with questions or concerns. I dealt mainly with Guy Zimmerman and he was very helpful. He made sure I was comfortable and understood each step of my case. When we went to close he made sure that I agreed with the physician reports and was ready to finalize. I was always given options and never told what to do. They always explained the process in a way I could understand. I will recommend them to friends and family. Hopefully I will not need them again, but if I do I will reach out to them.
