Update: I called all medical providers, scanned all medical bills (current) and I hear from the office manager, Not My Attorney. Honestly I don't even know who my attorney is. Before PIP & my personal health insurance, my medical bills were $$$$$$.$$ I have called my health insurance to verify subrogation. I've sent all this to this law firm, CRICKETS! Meanwhile their holding my settlement.
The communication at first was great. Ms Volmer was calling me and made me feel comfortable. Now...crickets! Medical bills gone to collections. I never saw a demand letter. Received offer, no one called me to discuss options..... MVA? Don't go here.
