I got rear ended 9/24 and called Pendergast law. They were very nice talking from begin to end. I had Joshua Kipp to be my attorney and Storm to finish the negotiations. Both were great especially thanks to JK from the very beginning. He was very helpful from finding medical needed to work w 3 insurance co. Everything was very timely done n he keep me posted every step. Finally done w case today n finally got to meet JK in person first time to the office. Very well done JK hassle free n I can't say enough, very much appreciated your representation. Absolutely recommend this place especially JK. See yall.
Oh had to add Ann was very helpful n nice from the intake start. Do not use l&i. It will give u another headache or any bs urgent care. Just call these guys will direct u to whatever needed. Tyvm u guys again.
I had an accident in Seattle in September 2024. I hired Pendergast Law to help me deal with the auto insurance company. Janel did a good job and I'm very happy with the settlement.
I did not end up enlisting their legal services, but I spoke to Zach on the phone and this conversation was the most helpful I have yet experienced in dealing with my unfortunate incident. He told me that, unfortunately, there was not much that Pendergast could do in my situation, but he spent a half hour working through my options with me. I haven’t had this level of support from the police, my insurance company, or any other legal services. Though I hope I won’t, if I do experience another legal issue, I will definitely return to Pendergast.
10/5 would recommend. They didnt mind my endless questions, answering them thoroughly and calmly. Ended up with way more in the settlement than expected!! Great people!
