They really take the time to understand your concerns and create a treatment plan that works for you. I always feel heard, supported and well taken care of. I’m very thankful for the care I’ve received and would absolutely recommend them to anyone recovering from an injury!
This place is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have memory issues from a traumatic brain injury so I have a very bad memory. They can tell me something but minutes later I will have forgotten what they told me and I will ask them about it again. They are very patient and kind never judgmental. The staff is always happy and ready to great you with a smile. You can tell that they all love their jobs and isn’t just there for a paycheck.
I highly recommend Northwest Injury Clinic, as you coming into the clinic Julia is welcoming you with a smile.
