So far, the intake process has been very unprofessional. I was asked and asked again, the same questions. Instead of listening to me and writing that answer down, they blamed me.
Phoenix is an amazing individual. He handled intake like a pro and referred me to a law firm who could handle my case.
What a kind soul with utmost professionalism
Their call center is worthless. First they told me they can't help, when I told them that it wasn't a family law case, then he sent me a link to fill something out. The link he sent me was for credit issues. This is NOT AT ALL WHAT I TOLD HIM.
It was a little weird. At first I thought it might be fraud because it seemed like the person I spoke with was not very informative or professional. I hope someone reviews the recording.
