By far the worse experience ever! When I feel like am one step closer, it’s like they say you didn’t submit this etc…. The lack of communication is horrible. I had others gone through bankruptcy and they said it was NOT this difficult that this Law firm makes it. If I could go else where I would! But I already paid them and then they try to not give you the refund because they said oh communication send generated emails. You the client have to gather the information for the attorney so they really don’t much for you.
Everyone I worked with at Majors Law was kind, professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. Being able to pay for my fees in monthly installments was a huge plus! Overall, a process that can be extremely stressful and has the potential to make someone feel pretty uncomfortable & even judged, was NOT any of those things with Majors Law! I owe a HUGE thanks to them.
I sought to get a bankruptcy around July. I was told if I decided to cancel I would get a refund. My money was taken to pay down the cost of the Attorney to file until I was ready. They gave me a blank NOA and from July until now end of October I never heard from them and I was told they wouldn’t be doing anything until I filed. I was harassed by my creditors the whole time.When I requested to cancel end of September they didn’t get around to bother responding until the end of October with a billing statement of 800 something dollars they charged me and most of the charges were simple 5 min calls which happened twice 350 for a phone call that lasted a short amount of time and 175 for emails I sent them. This is price gouging for services I never got and never received a call from them. Unless you plan to file I wouldn’t give this place your service, the communication was horrible. They took 125 and 150 every 2 weeks and did no work and I never filed. I don’t suggest this place, bad service and poor communication.
Working with Majors Law Group was above and beyond what we expected! Having never worked with a Law Firm before, I randomly selected them on a Google Search and am so glad I chose them. The entire staff was pleasant to work with even during my constant calls to help me navigate the process of bankruptcy. It was a difficult decision for us to take the step as we felt ashamed and embarrassed. Dominic Majors helped us understand that even at our age as seniors, it is ok to make this step to better our future and relieve ourselves from an uncontrollable amount of debt we never get out from under due to the high interest rates. We can't express our gratitude enough for the professionalism and kindness we encountered with this firm! In our retirement age and only Social Security to rely on, we now can afford to stay in our modest home, retain our vehicle and household items and once again afford to buy groceries and medications. THANK YOU MAJORS LAW GROUP!
THESE PEOPLE STEAL MONEY for literally doing nothing. Once you sign a contract you will never hear from them while they quietly charge you and not lift a finger. They charge too much and also make sure you make them read the full contract to you as they like to rush the process. Bad business and bad customer service. They want to get paid but don’t want to work.
