After several years of being a massage therapist sole proprietor, I thought I might need to form a PLLC. Many of my peers told me that I could "do that myself and save money," but I did not agree. I wanted to make sure everything was "done right," and as I said to those who disagreed, "I'm a really good massage therapist, but I'm not a lawyer!"

Emily's assistant was very quick in getting me set up with an initial appointment, and Emily was very thorough in explaining my options and how a PLLC worked. I still found some things confusing--or at least I needed clarification--and Emily was never condescending when she helped me visualize what she was talking about.
I felt that Emily really cared about me as a small business owner, that she was fair on price, and that I could trust her with any future questions. The experience was so good that I plan on returning with any other needs, including some edits on a will I had done 10 years ago.
