The final packet was so well organized — it’s obvious that Emily and her team have deep experience doing this. She also has a wonderful sense of humor and refreshing directness, which makes talking about death and “what-ifs” surprisingly easy. She was truly a joy to work with, and I’d recommend her without hesitation.
