I engaged Tresa after using another local attorney for a challenging contempt case for which contempt was found in the OP. Unfortunately, I had to fairly quickly return to court as the OP did not comply with the contempt. The original lawyer I'd engaged was very inconsistent and delayed in her responses (both she and her paralegal) throughout the case and after. The difference was absolutely night and day. Tresa's support team is responsive, empathetic, and professional. Tresa is prompt at replying to communication sometimes directly, other times her support staff depending on the issue. Her advice is clear, direct, and seasoned with her experience and dedication to achieving the best outcome for her clients. The billing practices in her office are timely and transparent, unlike the other counsel I'd engaged previously. While I hope to not need or require these intense legal services for the foreseeable future, I am very grateful to Tresa and her team for helping to navigate an incredibly difficult situation.

I'm beyond grateful for Ms. Sadler and her team. In a very stressful time in life, she was a great comfort and dealt with any 'trouble' on my behalf to the point that I didn't have to worry about it. I knew she had my best interest and the best interest of my children in mind at all times. All communication with Ms. Sadler was direct and clear. In all communication, efficiency and efficacy were the goal - she always showed a great amount of respect for my time and financial resource - again, so relieved and grateful. Ms. Sadler is always quick to handle and respond to any inquiries by myself or the opposing party. She very much took the burden of the legal aspects of divorce off my shoulders while maintaining amicable communication with the opposing party, further ensuring my peace of mind regarding future interactions with my ex. Tresa completely gave me and protected my peace of mind and for that she can never be paid enough. I would highly recommend Ms. Sadler and her team to anyone that has any questions or concerns regarding family law.

Tresa is an awesome attorney! She was recommended to me by a friend and I have recommended her to other friends. Tresa got me named as primary parent on our parenting plan and she got me child support! I would recommend her for any child custody case. She knew what the best situation was for my daughter and we got there. We started with a 50/50 agreement and my ex couldn’t make that work. I am extremely happy that I have my daughter all the time that I do and that is thanks to Tresa!

Beware of saddler, unless you are a vindictive woman who doesn’t care about your kids? Yes I did get accused of domestic violence. My ex was wife who I petitioned to divorce was shaking my son, and yelling at my son. I gently put my hand on her back and asked her to stop, she swung around and smacked me in the face knocking my glasses off. Then called the police. Absolutely bs how men are treated in this state. This law firm should be ashamed of themselves. I would read all the comments! The belittling and childish statements made by Tresa should cause you to question her authenticity. Her statement after my post is not the entire truth. Teresa and her team are manipulators of a difficult personal situation. Teresa uses a very emotional problem to their benefit. They should be banned from practicing any sort of law. Teresa fabricated a distorted the truth. This is the worst law firm I have ever known. They have no moral or ethical values. I would strongly suggest no one use this law firm if you care about your kids! They create unnecessary issues to line their bank account. Do not let them abuse our children !! I have also noticed they go back and thank their clients for their review. This is all new because they know what horrible people they are. Do not be fooled!

Tresa and her team are extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and have won for me every time in court. I first retained Tresa in 2021 and my ex has taken me to court at least 1-2 times per year since. Tresa won a contempt case against the mother, but more notably Tresa won a full trial to prevent child relocation. WA state relocation law favors the parent with more residential time and in my case that is the mother. I have a typical EOW and mid-week visit parenting plan. However, Tresa successfully won a full trial and prevented my ex from moving out of state with our child. Other attorneys told me I had a 10% chance to win just due to the law. Nonetheless, Tresa fought hard for me. She is absolutely fantastic and puts your wishes first. She’s extremely knowledgeable about family law and I would recommend her to anyone!
