Mark acted like Jekyll and Hyde, telling me one minute that he has my back and everything will be okay, the next visit he’s being accusatory that I’m not taking sedentary work retraining seriously (when my back condition is chronically bad and I can’t sit or be sedentary for much time).
When I told him that he acted like Jekyll and Hyde he dropped representing me.
He’s too full of himself and didn’t seem like a decent reliable person.

I don’t know what is proper or legal for me to post about what Mark Wagner Law Firm did for me over 26 years ago, but I can say what they didn’t do, they didn’t BS me, they didn’t promise anything that they couldn’t deliver, what they did was represent me honestly and passionately, they have been available every time I have had a question about my situation, they have been there 100% of the time for the last 26 years, I don’t really know where my family and I would have ended up without Mark Wagner and his Lawyers, I truly believe that this is the Best firm if you are seeking Legal Counsel under the Law Firms umbrella!
Mark Wagner and his team are professional, caring, and definitely made sure things were handled in a timely manner. They had my best interest the whole 8 years with my L&I claim. I am so grateful.
Mr. Wagner's firm represented me when I was injured on my job and Labor and Industries didn't want to cover medical expenses. I will always be grateful to Mr. Wagner for the hard work and endless hours of work he and his staff put in to help me. They are the best at what they do. Highly recommend.
