If I ever need representation again, and I hope I don't, I would absolutely call Harold Carr's office to work with Tabbatha again.
I had a very disappointing experience with Carr Law. While they advertise themselves as specialists in automotive accident cases, my experience did not reflect that level of expertise or care. Communication was a major issue—calls and emails often went unanswered, and when I did get a response, it felt rushed and unclear.
I also felt like my case was treated as just another file rather than a situation that actually mattered. Important details had to be repeated multiple times, and there was little proactive guidance about next steps or expectations. Instead of feeling supported after an accident, I felt stressed and uninformed throughout the process.
Overall, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and client attention from a firm with this reputation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Carr Law to someone looking for attentive and responsive legal representation after an auto accident.
Working with the Harold D. Carr team was a very frustrating and discouraging experience. Throughout my case, multiple staff members were involved ,including Rosie, Adam, Dawn Lenn, and Bathany Joy Chablis Kaina ,yet I consistently felt that my concerns were not being prioritized.
Communication from the office was inconsistent and often delayed, leaving me uncertain about the progress of my case. The overall process felt rushed and disorganized, and I rarely received clear explanations or updates unless I repeatedly reached out myself. This created unnecessary stress during an already difficult time.
By the end of my experience, I was left with the strong impression that the team was more focused on their own internal goals than on providing genuine support or advocacy for their clients. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office and hope they take steps to improve their communication, organization, and client care.”I will not even give one star because they don’t deserve.
0/10, would not recommend to my worst enemy. This firm disguises their ambulance chasing behind a tacky commercial instead of your typical road-side billboard. Absolutely abysmal practice with support staff who, I would assume, don't know much more about the law and/or statutes than I do so I would have been better off representing myself. Side note: that experience may differ case by case as they seem to have an absurdly high turnover rate when it comes to staffing. Based on that fact alone, it felt like every time I called about an update I was speaking with a new person who knew absolutely nothing about my case so getting the bare minimum out of them was akin to pulling teeth.
Conclusion: skip this firm at all costs. Whatever cut they take from your settlement would be better spent tossing it into a garbage can.
Very professional. Respectful. Answered my questions I asked within a couple of days. Ended up getting a lot more than I ever expected to get.There's is a lot of knowledge and experience in the office. They use it quite well to help your case and help to get a positive outcome.
