Excellent. Dan got the ticket dismissed. The instructions were so clear in his emails that we knew what (not) to do exactly. Like "do not show up in the court", "Here is the link to do the safe driving course and mail me the certificate by so date".
If I did send an email to their office, I always got clear and prompt reply. Very professional.
The only minor suggestion I have - if he could send an email one week before the hearing just to calm us stating that "Dan remembers. We will be there at the hearing in one week. You don't need to worry :-)". Since I didn't hear from him, I had to call back to make sure he remembers. Hopefully he can fix this.
