My first interaction with Tony was at my very first court appearance. Prior to that day, I had called around and spoken with several attorneys, and I already had a consultation scheduled with Mr. Swartz for later that afternoon.
After speaking with the judge, I walked out of the courtroom and Tony was standing there. He said he recognized my name and, since he was already there, thought it would be better to speak in person rather than over the phone. That immediately earned my respect — but it didn’t stop there.
From the very first conversation, I felt an incredible sense of comfort, like I had known him for years. He wasn’t trying to sell himself or pressure me into becoming a client. He was simply real, relatable, and genuinely present.
Throughout my entire ordeal, Tony was consistently responsive and understanding. If I needed to reschedule, it was never an issue. He treated me with respect, compassion, and professionalism during one of the most difficult times of my life.
He is an amazing attorney, and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone I know.
