When I first got ahold of Charlie, I was doing a poor attempt at doing things myself and about lost the current temporary parenting plan I had. He jumped right on it and was able to clean up the mess I was in. Now we are working on a permanent parenting plan. He is on top of everything, checks in regularly, and has a great assistant. He has given so much input and feedback that has helped me immensely as I have been navigating attempting to co-parent with a high-conflict, difficult, and abusive opposite party.
