Neil got me through a difficult time. Although my crash was not as bad as it could have been, I was shaken and I was scared. He reassured me that my response was pretty normal and valid. I was studying for boards and was unemployed at the time. It was difficult to study with headaches; I took my test 8 weeks later than my original plan. I did pass and got a job one month after taking it.
He and his team ended up getting a settlement which helped me make up/recover from lost wages. Everything about Neil and his team is wonderful - professional, good communicators and caring.
