After patiently hearing out the details about my accident and realizing that I didn’t have personal injury case worth pursuing he still took the time to help me for an additional 40 minutes for the liability side of the case. He educated me, told me what steps to take and even put together a file for me on google earth that proves I’m not liable. Very knowledgeable, skilled and kind. These things can be stressful, and for me, where well beyond stressful. Insurances sadly try to rape you, but Neil and his team (Shout out to Miss. Tara!) It was hard, but I trust the process and in the end I actually feel made whole. They did a wonderful job and I'm thankful I called!
