All along, they kept me informed, always sent relevant docs for me to sign, and just kept me up to date on steps in the process, which made me feel confident. They always told me to reach out whenever, if I had any questions or issues. Attorney Knauss's Legal Assistant was a pleasure to deal with, friendly and helpful. A very good experience and highly recommended for those looking for someone that fights hard for you, in this broken state of WA. Matthew himself is very cordial and professional, and speaks clearly and directly. His honesty is refreshing and rare. Thankfully I don't have a lot of experience dealing with law firms but I can certainly say go with these guys whatever your problem is. Thank you and hats off to Matthew and crew.
We contacted Knauss attorneys and spoke directly with Matt. We were frantic and he was calm. He collected information about our daughter’s case, reviewed the police report with us, and quickly demonstrated an understanding of our needs, we retained his services that night. Less than 24 hours later, our daughter’s case was dropped, and he refunded the payment in full. Throughout the process he conducted himself in a professional, respectful, honest and transparent manner.
The first thing I did was call multiple law firms to decide which one I wanted to go with, and hands down Knauss Law Firm answered all my questions right out of the gate. Once I retained them, I could call them at anytime to check on the progression of my case, and not one time did I call and have to leave a message, or wait for someone to get back to me. There was always someone that answered the phone everytime, and rarely told me I had to wait for a call back. It's rare to have a business where the people who answer the phones can actually give you a definitive answer and not make you wait 2-4 days to get an answer to your question. And the rare times staff didn't not have a ready answer for me, she would double check with the attorney and get back to me swiftly within a few hours but no more than a day, impressive! I believe in giving credit where credit is due and the main lady that answered the phone, her name is Marissa, what a gem! Marissa was/is always so polite and patient, so helpful and reassuring the whole experience can be summed up with 6 words, professional, available, efficient, proficient, kind, and reassuring. My case was of a serious nature that would of changed the trajectory of the rest of my life, I really had a sense that it was just as important to all the staff at Knauss Law Firm. The experience didn't feel clinical at all, but rather personalized, in a world where most people are in a hurry, I never felt rushed. I wish all businesses where run this way. More often than not the staff would call or email me with the most current updates however I did have a lot of questions because my case was so important to me, life changing. As for the outcome it couldn't of gone better! Thank goodness for all the staff at Knauss Law Firm! I would and will be recommending them to anyone that needs help and is seeking an attorney. I'm giving them 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The process was quick and easy. Matthew had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and I did not have to show up to court. Matthew even made sure that I received all the final documents.
I highly recommend Matthew if you need a conviction vacated or your firearms rights restored. He is extremely knowledgeable, communicative and easy to reach.
The Knauss Law team was incredibly helpful, kind and expeditious. Within an hour of my initial email to Matt I received a call from him.
