I want to update my original review, because once the situation became clear, I realized the issue was a misunderstanding with an outdated email address listed on the website. I had been reaching out through an old account, and the messages weren’t being seen. Once we were able to reconnect, Kenneth responded with care and understanding, and was very willing to help resolve things.
This has been a deeply emotional time, as I lost my partner not long after his case, and I was navigating everything on my own. I was overwhelmed when I wrote my initial review. I now feel heard and supported, and I’m genuinely grateful for Kenneth’s kindness and willingness to help.
Thank you for your compassion during a difficult chapter.
Ken Gormly has been my Disability Attorney for over 2 years. I am so grateful to Ken for his hard work getting me approved for disability. It was stressful what Social Security puts people through but having an attorney like Ken took that stress away. I appreciate all he did for me. I knew the day I met him he was the right attorney for me. He was professional, kind and compassionate! Thank you Ken for everything!! I don’t know what I would’ve done without your help!
I'm very appreciative that he took me on as a client during the pandemic however he dropped me as a client after deciding my case wasn't worth fighting for, he stopped returning my calls and only after I found new representation did I receive a call. A couple of months later my case settled with my new representation.
Ken Gormly was my disability attorney for 3 years. I got denied the first time i applied and he suggested we apply again and my case was approved the second time. He did not give up and i would recommend him if you need a social security disability attorney.
Although I am still mid appeal process, And it’s been a very, very long wait, And after getting very frustrated with Ken for some initial issues with lack of communication, He went above and beyond to call me and address all my questions and continues to advocate for my case despite how hard it is dealing with Social Security lately.
