I was referred to work with Matthew Walker by the Jepson Associates survey team (also amazing) regarding a very nasty property line dispute. Although I was unable to work with Matthew due to us being in a different county, I was still treated with such amazing courtesy and respect and kindness and empathy. Ellen went above & beyond in her response and tried to help me as best as she could even though they couldn't take us on as a client. It's rare to get such care & kindness especially when you aren't being taken on as a client. Just based on this interaction with Ellen, as well as Matthew's reputation & wonderful bio, I felt I had to rate them 5 stars. Way to go in the kindness department!
Worked with Matt Walker on a friend’s recommendation. Property line issue with a neighbor. He was very professional, even recommended the fence company to use. Super prepared for our meeting with much pre-work done before we arrived. Very well worth our time.
Attorney Charles Arndt worked with my parents on setting up their wills, estate, etc. They both passed recently and due to the diligence and expertise put in by Charles and Shannone, we were able to avoid probate, sell their house without an agent and close out all of the remaining business of the estate with little to no hassles. Their willingness to answer questions as I worked through the various estate issues went above and beyond the call and my family and I are incredibly appreciative of the work done by them on our behalf. Do not hesitate to retain them should you need the services of an attorney.
