I am sure glad I changed lawyers for sure. I didn’t realize how much work I was doing till I switched to K&S. You guys rock!!! They get stuff done the right way. Very friendly staff and they are on top of things. Communication is amazing. I would highly recommend them.

Today was my first appointment with K and S Injury Advocates. Prior to today I spoke with Jana twice on the phone regarding my L & I claim. At the office I met both Kim and Jana . I am sorry I can't remember the person's name who greeted me when I came through the door. What stands out is their willingness to listen. To listen to the details of my injury and claim. And provide feedback on the path forward. I have had more than enough experience with attorneys to last me a lifetime. I feel that I am well represented by Kim. There is much to do before this is over but my first impression is overwhelmingly positive. I have never had that impression with a attorney.

In Dec 2021 I was injured in 2 serious accidents on the job one being a 700 lb barrel of chlorine knocked me over flat on my back hip and head. Then 2 days later I got hit with a 4 foot steel bar in the head and received a traumatic brain injury. My employer was absolutely non cooperative. I tried to deal with Labor and Industries myself in this condition which became impossible. I found it was easier to die than work with L&I.I was referred to K&S by my best friend. This was the best thing I did to save myself and receive professional help. K and S took over. Shawna took my case. I was very frustrated in my situation. I put all my trust in her and her staff. I suggest if you were injured on the job to immediately hire K&S Injury Advocates. Do not take on Labor and Industries yourself. You will lose your case and your mind. Never direct your internal frustration or anger towards any staff here. They are on your side and there to help you. Getting angry with the staff is not tolerated. Do not do it. Hire them and trust them and yourself that you made the best choice for you. As of this date 4/11/2024 K&S has got both of my injury claims open.
