He asked follow up questions when he needed more insight. He answered my questions and spent a good deal of time understanding my situation. They were not able to take my case but I was provided with great follow up resources. How a company treats people that they are unable to service shows the true character of a business. If they treated me so well I can only Imagine how thier customers must feel. I had a delayed diagnosis and recommend them for anyone who has experienced the same.
