I am devastated, and my blood boils. I consider this an ADA violation. Avoid this business. I am legally-disabled for mental health. I had 30 days to file an appeal to L&I after a long court battle. I had accommodations for my mental condition from previous court. I am fighting for my life. I have been incapacitated as per my PhD psychologist's letter, in hand. There is an argument here for me being late after 30 days. I had accommodations. Incapacitated. If someone is in a coma, they cannot reply. Simple. I asked for help composing a letter to try. This business is unwilling to try. Excuse me? You write legal documents for a living and you are REFUSING TO HELP A DISABLED MAN because paralegals kick me to the curb and refuse to render services due to the nature of my disability. The nature of my disability is I cannot keep up with calendars and administrative tasks. If you refuse help to a blind man because he is blind, this is against the law. You are refusing to help me because I can't keep up with calendars and administrative tasks. This is my limitation, like a blind man cannot see. This is an ADA violation as far as I am concerned. I cannot represent myself. They are refusing to even try. I have a proposed order in hand that is in my favor. The final order was a loss with significant dissent. I was incapacitated and did not know / was unable to reply. This paralegal told me the court will say no automatically, and refused to try. She refused to consider that I have accommodations from previous court, and I am disabled for mental health. I would like to pay for services, I am disabled, and you are REFUSING services. I am late because of my disability. You are refusing service because I was late. That is refusing service because of my disability, transitively. By not accepting my payment to simply write a cover letter asking the court to hear my case, you send me to the abyss. It should be my option to lose a few hundred dollars paying someone to write a letter. I have to try. The nature of my mental health injury: as a veteran with integrity I refused to commit fraud to US govt, was retaliated against by managers, and lost my mind on the job. And now citizens won't accept my money to write a letter. This is a refusal of service. To a disabled man who cannot do this himself. This is American citizens and businesses, closing their door to a veteran who tried to do the right thing. If American citizens and businesses close their door to those who serve overseas, and serve domestically with integrity... then we are lost. There is no point in life at all. Want to thank a veteran with PTSD who struggles with suicidal ideation? Want to talk him off the ledge? If you are a customer, skip this business and go on to the next one. If you are the business owner, contact me and I will revise this review if and as appropriate. That paralegal should be fired, or if that's just policy, the business owner who directs her to refuse service to disabled veterans facing their life's biggest battle should be fired by Americans with integrity and decency.

Bradley J. Drury, Attorney at Law and his team at Jack W. Hanemann, P.S. Law office did an amazing job for one of our employees, who had a language barrier, and got his case dismissed. The judge expressed how he was very impressed with Bradley's briefing and defense. The team was professional, efficient, and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them!”

A very simple case was prolonged for over 2 years. Which subsequently ended with me paying out of pocket way more than I should ever have. I am anticipating that was probably the point. First time I have ever needed to hire a lawyer, and I feel nothing but a huge hole in my savings, damaged returned property, and feeling like I am the only one fighting my corner. Sad to say the stereotype lives up to reality. If you’re expecting to be treated like anything other than a paycheck, this isn’t the office for you.

Me and my spouse hired Mr. Drury to help us file a protection order against a man who was threatening and stalking our family. With Mr. Drury's assistance we were granted the order. We found Mr. Drury to be knowledgeable, communicative and highly effective.

Attorney Brad Drury was excellent. He was always prepared and highly knowledgeable about the law. He was very professional inside the courtroom and respectful to the judge. This matters if you want to be listened to. Brad was also very efficient with his time as we were concerned about costs. On the appeal, which we had to have representation, Brad asked the judge for compensation to pay for his fees. The judge awarded it and mentioned that it is not often awarded because attorneys do not ask on the behalf of their client, and Brad asked for us, and it was granted. I would attain his services immediately if I ever needed them.
