Polite staff, and Jack is always on top of my case and gave me updates about my case all the time. He got me the highest amount possible for my case within a reasonable time period. Jack was absolutely amazing! He managed to get my insurance company to change their determination on an accident where I was hit by another driver. The insurance company initially decided that nobody was at fault and therefore didn’t have to pay anything. Jack got them to determine the driver that hit me to be at fault, secured recoupment for my totaled vehicle, and negotiated a great settlement. He was easy to work with and turned a terrible event into a big win for our family. I cannot recommend him enough!
