These folks do great work and are very communicative during the diagnostic and repair process. I have used them for several repairs and have been very pleased to have such quality mechanics in my neighborhood.
The experience for scheduled vehicle service was wonderful. After completing the requested service and inspecting the vehicle a courtesy call with suggestions of what to watch for over the next 12 months was very reassuring.
But the BEST PART OF ALL - a few evenings later my daughter noticed antifreeze was leaking from the vehicle. She called the shop at 4:00pm and was told to bring the 2010 Volvo station wagon in right away. The service team found the problem (a rusted out connection) and made the repair in less than 30 minutes at no charge. Now that is FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We have always had good results form Hockett & Olsen. They've been courteous and helpful. It is nice to have a reliable company close to home, without running all over the county. Our cars are 20 and 22 years old, so we know they are doing a good job helping to keep them running. Yes, we've had to put out some money here and there for repairs, but unless we find we are going to save hundreds of dollars, why take chances with other places? We appreciate what they've done for us through the years so far.
I needed to have the back light panel replaced on my BMW X3. They were very prompt in ordering the part and got me scheduled fast. They replaced the panel very quickly as well…maybe 5 minutes. The guys working there are pleasant, professional and efficient.
