Having been involved in an accident and being injured, I retained the Hess Law Firm to handle the claims. I started to handle it myself but was inundated with paperwork and correspondence that mushroomed. I decided I did not want to nor feel qualified to handle the internal machinations of the various insurance companies involved. I was in a serious car accident that caused permanent physical damages. I am an attorney, so I attempted to handle the case myself. After frustration set in, I asked my friend, another attorney, to assist me. We worked on the case together and the insurance company adjuster was very rude and very unreasonable. My attorney friend then said, it is now time to Hire the Hess Law Firm. After hiring the Hess Law Firm the case progressed very smoothly and the first part of the settlement was accomplished fairly quickly. Then a great deal of work was accomplished on the case for the second phase of the settlement. I am very satisfied with the result. I will have the injury the rest of my life, but the amount of the settlement was VERY IMPRESSIVE. I highly recommend the Hess Law firm to any and all who have personal injury claims.
