I had a Power of Attorney paperwork that I wanted to share back in India. Derek was assisting me with the same. He answered all my queries and concerns in a timely manner. The team kept following up on the process and helped me in collecting all the documents very efficiently and smoothly. I would 100% recommend Derek for all your paperwork needs.
$200 up front cost for a 30 minute sit down. 15 minutes will be spent with them shuffling through power of attorney papers, to tell you how you filled them out wrong. The other 15 minutes will be spent telling you that you are best to seek advice from a professional, because Jeanne hasn’t a clue what that word even describes.
If you’re looking for a fly by night operation, who completes your service with a wink and a shove out the door, this might be your cup.
Hurry in
The team is very compassionate and hardworking. They can relate on personal levels to unjust events people unfortunately have to be put through, for themselves or their families and they work hard to not only represent you, they will support you and stand with you in your battle for justice.
Derek Johnson helped us with our Wills and health directives, and helped us navigate a process that can be confusing and difficult when trying to decide how to leave your estate and with whom. He was thorough and patient, and I highly recommend him and his firm.
Super unprofessional. Poor communication. Zero accountability.
It took Derek & co. an Entire month to tell us (after multiple inquiries that we made) that the most important document of our quit claim, was missing and had been rejected.
There's no way possible that the document was "missing."
When I dropped them off, the woman at the front desk, Opened the envelope and even called Derek himself to see if he needed more. Nope, nothing else.
Now, all of a sudden, something is missing. Why not inform the customer that sensitive documents are missing? Also, If it was rejected by the Auditor, why nor contact the client, immediately?
Why am I reaching out, independently, and finding this out?
Then, when I address the matter in a group email, he ignores everything I said wondering what happened to our documents, and chose only to respond to my woman. But never addressed the issue of it being there now "missing".
Petty, passive & condescending, if you ask me.
If that sounds like an outfit you want to trust to handle your lot, break a leg!
It's unfortunate because my woman's an nurse, who pays monthly for this sewer service. I'm in the construction industry.
This is how they treat blue collar workers!
My woman will have to miss a day of work, again, to get things notarized.
Maybe he'll speak here.
