I worked with Rebecca. She was professional, efficient, and explained things clearly throughout our collaboration. Overall, my case was simple and straightforward, and she handled it well. However, after the case was completed, I had a few follow-up questions. I emailed her, but never received a response. I understand that legal advice often comes with a fee, and maybe that’s the expectation once the case is closed. Still, she had told me to feel free to reach out with any questions, so I was a little disappointed when I didn’t hear back. In the end, while the legal work itself was solid, the lack of follow-through left me feeling a bit let down. The finished product was very much improved from my previous documents. Final presentation and Estate Notebook provided were also outstanding.
