One of the most horrific experiences of my life, as a parent, was being notified my son was being charged with controlled substance homicide. My son was caught in the devastation of drug addiction leading to the loss of life of a person dear to him. My son chose to take his case to trial. Mr. Vander Sys represented my son; he was our hope.
