Great experience with the attorneys with Feldman & Lee. I had Mr Lee himself calling me at home to talk over my case and to answer any questions I might have. He was very clear with telling me what to expect. He was able to sweet talk the prosecutor into lowering my charges as not to hinder my current job prospects. I appreciate the thorough job he has done with my case, and for treating me like I matter. Thank you Mr. Lee! I highly recommend this law office!

I was thrown off guard by my first phone conversation with Mr. Lee. His tone was extremely aggressive and his very first question was wanting to know my nationality. I felt I was being lectured rather than being helped. Communication did get better over time but that first impression was discouraging. I also had a phone conversation with Katherine Chrostowska. She downplayed my job/work duties and was belittling. Approximately 2 years ago, I was struggling with severe anxiety, PTS and depression. This interaction I had back then was unprofessional and insensitive. My hope is that no one else is treated this way.

They aren't as prompt and diligent as one would hope seeing as though these guys are supposed to help you maintain your freedom. They hold your future in their hands, so you should be able to count on them to do their very best, but I feel like they put forth minimal effort at best.

My attorney didn’t make appt to talk to me until less than 24 hrs before court where she asked for a continuance. Then ignored my calls for weeks. I emailed. I went into office where my attorney said she was too busy to set appt and said case will be dismissed. The week before court she said she wasn’t my attorney that my case was transferred to someone else. With less than a week left I have had no one to collect evidence which there is 7 1:2 weeks of as I , a disabled senior was being terrorized and injured by my landlord until he had me trapped and had to fight to get to safety. The cops refused to help instead said prove it. A had temporary restraining order but was dismissed for lack of evidence. Only to be seriously injured when it ended. This attorney refused to help me after my landlord broke into my place and took all my belongings. She apparently was working with my assailants attorney or doesn’t understand eviction law as she verbally sided with them in violating the law: my rights

Public defenders for cases out of Marysville. They pass you around amongst the other lawyers in the firm so you always seem to have someone new. Called every morning for over a week trying to talk to someone about my case, no answer leave message, and they never call back. Rarely even answer the phone and if they do its just a secretary or paralegal. Leave a message and you still never hear back. My lawyer actually snapped at the prosecutor when they asked if we had set a meeting saying that it was between us and not their business. Obviously more worried about their ego then their clients wellbeing. I get it they have huge case loads and it's not big money but do your job the best you can and that's doing the best for your client.
