Emma Hill assisted us with guardianship of our brother. The legal terms and court deadlines were a challenge for me to comprehend (why can't they use plain English?) and Emma was there to patiently, calmly and knowledgeably walk us through the process. This is the second time I've worked with Joel Nichols. Once when my mother passed away and this time, a workplace matter. Joel is knowledgeable and professional. He really listens when you talk. One thing that I appreciate is that you get a breakdown of exactly how your money is spent. Not every law firm does that. And referencing a previous comment, they are NOT the most expensive in the area. I spent more with another lawyer and had to switch to Deno-Milliken.
