Trevor thought we owed money when we had retainer left and then owed 50$. For this they missed our Lien window, filed anyway and now we are going out of business after tons of wasted effort and time. Took us a year to realize how bad they let us down. Paying that whole time... They took our money and did not represent us well at all. If your business means something to you, go elsewhere.

An excellent source of practical advice and dedicated representation. I have referred a number of clients to Davies Pearson and specifically Mr. Dashiell. The care and professionalism he provides has always steered my clients appropriately. Thank you.

I hired Trevor White to assist my father with an HOA-related case. From the beginning, it was made clear that my father isn’t fluent in English and that I would be helping translate and explain details to ensure clarity. Despite this, Trevor repeatedly insisted that I couldn’t speak on my father’s behalf—even just to clarify important background information. This created a serious communication barrier that ultimately led to confusion about the situation and an outcome that fell short of expectations when the case was settled. I expected more professionalism and flexibility in handling a case involving a client with language limitations. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend his services based on our experience.

As a professional business owner it is important that I have recommendations or referrals for our clients. When it comes to legal assistance Ben Zielinski of Davies Pearson is always at the top of that list. If he can't assist my client they have someone in their firm that certainly can. I continue referring clients to them based off client feedback I get.

Communication has been an issue. Also, emails are very unprofessional. I have a family member that had a case that could have been solved in a year, which took 4 years to solve. Meeting with the lawyer felt very unprofessional, felt like an interrogation and not like an actual meeting to solve the case. Communication felt very complicated and annoying. Each lawyer has like 10 assistants so you don't know who to go to when you have a question.
