I’m sharing my personal experience with a former attorney " Fatima Dolek Dabagogle" so others can be informed. My X attorney " Fatima Dilek Dabagoglu" withdrew from my personal injury case at a very critical stage of litigation and placed a $19,000 lien on my case. After the withdrawal, my calls and emails were not returned, and I was left to continue the case on my own. Because of the lien, I was unable to find another attorney willing to take my case. This caused me significant stress and difficulty, especially while I was still dealing with injuries and ongoing medical issues. I have submitted a grievance to the Washington State Bar Association, and the matter is currently under review. This review reflects my personal experience and opinion only. Fatima did a wonderful job on my auto accident case.
