I had clawed my way up several thousand in value above where insurance started with their total loss offer on our vehicle that someone had wrecked in a not-at-fault accident, but it took almost a month of arguments and data. I thought there might have been another grand there in value at best.
Johnny got me another few grand above what even I thought was possible. He was extremely communicative and no pressure through it all (that's even before I paid his fee). If you are dealing with an insurance company on a claim you NEED Johnny. Our daughter totaled the car (unhurt, thankfully!) and the insurance company presented a valuation that was half of the car's value. I fought them hard with comps and data and they barely budged. I found Johnny on the recommendation of an Avants Car Club member, and he worked fast with the result being a 35% increase in appraised value. He is super easy to work with and even offered a guarantee. If you are reading this, that means that you need an appraiser - hire Johnny, you will not be disappointed.
