If you are dealing with an insurance company on a claim you NEED Johnny. Our daughter totaled the car (unhurt, thankfully!) and the insurance company presented a valuation that was half of the car's value. I fought them hard with comps and data and they barely budged. I found Johnny on the recommendation of an Avants Car Club member, and he worked fast with the result being a 35% increase in appraised value. He is super easy to work with and even offered a guarantee. If you are reading this, that means that you need an appraiser - hire Johnny, you will not be disappointed.

When my 9 month old car was totalled the insurance company offered me several thousand less than local dealers would accept for the same car vintage and mileage. Johnny Walker took care of it, and I ended up at a number that was much more on par with market value. The process was simple and hands-off; I would definitely do it again (though I hope I never have to). I highly recommend Claims Coach if you are in a similar situation.
If ever involved in another accident where they total my automobile, I will absolutely use Johnny to represent me in the valuation process. As the victim, we dealt with both our insurance and the liable party. In both cases they used CCC One for value estimations. Do your own research, but I believe CCC One is not impartial. Johnny was able to get us almost a 20% higher evaluation. Thanks Johnny!!!
