I would recommend Callahan Law to anyone that has a DUI charge. I had never had any criminal charge before and the DUI I was recently charged with was dismissed this week, thanks to Callahan Law and Abigael Pence and her staff. Since my case was dismissed and Callahan Law did not have to do too much for me, I was only charged for the time they put into my case which was almost 1/4 of their regular fee. They did not have to do that, but they are a fair and compassionate law firm that was looking out for my welfare and what was right and fair. If you ever need legal representation for a criminal case, make sure Callahan Law is one that you check out before making your final decision on an attorney. You will not be sorry!!! Nick Andrews did nothing short of a miracle for me. I came in with two extremely messy cases in different counties, he was able to have one dismissed completely and he got me an amazing deal in the other. I have an awful driving record and he was able to drop a dui to a negligent with suspended sentence for only a year instead of two years, I also had a minimum fine imposed. His team is great and easy to work with, fast communication and worth every single penny. Forever grateful the work him and his team did, I could not have gotten a better outcome. I hope I’ll never need him again, but I will certainly be recommending him to anyone that needs an attorney. I know Nick is absolutely the best because the case presented before mine in court was another dui and the man charged had a completely perfect driving record for 20+ years and he only had his dropped to a reckless, larger fine, more stipulations for release and a two year suspended sentence. Nick worked magic, my case was resolved 3-6 months faster than I thought it would be. I cannot heap enough praise on this man and his team. If you’re in need of a good attorney, Nick really is your guy.
