I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with Brumley Law Firm. From the very beginning, they stepped in and took a situation that was overwhelming and stressful — dealing with the aftermath of a car accident — and made the entire process manageable. What really impressed me was the way they combined professionalism with genuine care.
The communication throughout was excellent. I never felt left in the dark or unsure about what was happening with my case. Every time I had a question, no matter how small, they responded quickly and made sure I fully understood the next steps. That kind of support gave me peace of mind when I needed it most.
Beyond just handling the legal details, the team showed compassion and understanding. It was clear they weren’t just focused on paperwork or outcomes, but on making sure I felt supported through the whole process. That level of commitment is rare, and it made a huge difference for me.
If you’re looking for a law firm that truly puts clients first, communicates clearly, and makes even the hardest situations easier to handle, I highly recommend Brumley Law Firm. They’ve earned every bit of this 5-star review.
I had an excellent experience with Brumley Law Firm after my car accident. From the first consultation, their team was compassionate, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They handled every detail of my case with professionalism and made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. The settlement they secured exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt like they had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for skilled and trustworthy car accident lawyers. Thank you for everything!
I attended two dinners, one in Tacoma and one in Everett. As a chiropractor, these talks are crucial if you have any interest in connecting with experts in personal injury. Josh Brumley and his team create an environment that not only informs, but empowers, providers to do best by their patients. Could not recommend it more!!!
I am excited to work with Josh and his team more!

Not Recommending This Office to Anyone (2023–2025 Experience)
When I first came to this firm after my accident, they welcomed me warmly. They told me they were the best and could solve my case in a month — as long as I signed the contract.
I agreed and signed at 33% for the law firm, and at that time I truly believed I was in good hands. They sent me to a physiotherapist, and I followed every instruction they gave me.
But soon after, things started to fall apart. For the first two months, I received calls from different people in the office, all asking me the same questions about how my accident happened. I repeated my story 10+ times. After that, the communication dropped.
After 2 months: I called for an update — they hadn’t even started.
After 3 months: Still no update.
After 6 months: Same story.
Then I was called into the office to meet yet another new person, who again asked me to explain the accident from the beginning.
This became a cycle — I kept being asked the same questions, and every time I called for updates, I got nothing but vague answers. I asked them why they didn’t have a proper database or record of my case. I was exhausted and frustrated.
During this time, my car wasn’t working, I couldn’t work, and my situation was extremely difficult. A year and a half later, I even texted them about my car because I didn’t have a parking spot and couldn’t afford towing it anymore (I still have those texts). Their advice came much later: “junk the car or sell it — we’ll win the case.”
So I sold my car for $1,000, even though its actual value was $9,800.
After almost 3 years of waiting (by 2025), they finally told me we had an offer:
First offer: $2,500 (after 3 years!) — I said no.
Second offer: $10,000 total — I accepted because I was tired and just wanted it over.
But here’s where it got worse:
When I asked about my share, they told me to just sign the paperwork and “we’ll talk about it later.” I specifically asked them not to surprise me with a small amount.
At the end, when I went to the office, here’s how it broke down:
$2,900 to the attorney
$2,900 to me
~$1,000 to the office
$3,200+ to the physiotherapist
So even though they originally promised 33%, the way they structured it, they ended up taking over 60% of the settlement. I felt completely misled and played.
End result:
I lost my car (worth nearly $10K, sold for $1K).
I lost years of my life waiting for updates.
And after everything, I walked away with less than $3,000.
This whole experience was a nightmare. I would never recommend this office to anyone.
I rarely leave reviews but I felt like I had too as I had the great opportunity to work with Mikaela and she was amazing. So kind and was able to answer any questions I had. The firms communication of what they were able
to support and offer was very thorough. I highly recommend this firm!!
