Brumback & Ottam represented me for several years regarding my WA State L & I case. Although we did not win the appeal, I was moved by how personal and professional their representation was. I was naturally disappointed with the outcome and with L & I in particular, yet the one thing I was Not disappointed in was all the efforts of Brunback & Ottam, especially with Leslie, a very wonderful person. I highly recommend this attorney group and have made it a point to leave such positive feedback because they deserve it.
Had to spend most the day there for Zoom appointment they were very sweet to us and even bought us lunch. They kept checking on us to make sure we didn't need anything to drink or eat and were super polite. Very nice place with very kind and polite people.
Brumback and Ottem are excellent attorney's that handled a case of mine and won. I was so relieved to have their professional help with a one-on-one case manager who I was on a first name basis with throughout this experience. If needed I will use them again, and highly recommend them.
I called them needing legal representation. I explained everything, they actually listened to me, to my concerns. They even helped me fill out paperwork I didn't understand well enough to feel comfortable filling out on my own. Thus far they have been the best decision I've made regarding my choice of legal representation in this case.
