I interviewed three local L&I law firms prospecting to choose one I felt would best represent my on-the-job injury L&I case. I was on labor and industries went in to have surgery done on my neck. Afterwards, Doctor Yam came in and said that if he would known it was an L and I case he would never have operated on me, I went back for a follow-up M.R.I. to make sure my neck had healed. I was kicked out of the office and then Doctor Yam had me kicked off of labor and industries. I didn't know what to do so I contacted Bothwell and Hamill and with their help I was able to get back on labor and Industries and after 13 and a 1/2. Years, being on there and having several operations. I was very thankful to have Bothwell and Hamel on my side.
