I interviewed three local L&I law firms prospecting to choose one I felt would best represent my on-the-job injury L&I case. During my third law firm interview on my first initial in-office consultation with Elena Gamboa, Tim Hamill's legal team assistant, I decided to retain Bothwell Hamill & Sutton.

I’ve worked with Elena and Tim at Bothwell Hamill off and on since 2017 when I first injured my shoulder at work. Then again when I was injured in an accident at work. They are fantastic they handled all the stress of trying to maneuver through all the paperwork with L&I, I was able to focus on my injury. They even made sure I got all my appointments. They’ve been there to help with all the questions and concerns throughout the process! I couldn’t ask for a better team of people!
I was on labor and industries went in to have surgery done on my neck. Afterwards, Doctor Yam came in and said that if he would known it was an L and I case he would never have operated on me, I went back for a follow-up M.R.I. to make sure my neck had healed. I was kicked out of the office and then Doctor Yam had me kicked off of labor and industries. I didn't know what to do so I contacted Bothwell and Hamill and with their help I was able to get back on labor and Industries and after 13 and a 1/2. Years, being on there and having several operations. I was very thankful to have Bothwell and Hamel on my side.
Mr Bothwell and Miriam are so genuine, sincere and very professional. They both went the extra mile to make sure I won my case.
I highly recommend this law firm to anyone dealing with a social security disability case. They know the laws. Took a lot of time and patience but we finally were successful.
